As a Systems Analyst, I will lead, manage, and train a team of engineers responsible for the evolution of the digital partner application (“Partner Application”) leveraging the 300,000+ partners (workers) in 10,000+ locations across the United States and Canada. The digital partner app drives member engagement and satisfaction by providing a single app for accessing essential perks and benefits, rosters and hours, community, and communication information.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with a diverse team to refine issues to their root cause.
- Monitor progress and KPIs to evaluate results.
- Perform data analysis (including large datasets) to make data‑driven recommendations.
- Configure, maintain, and test applications.
- Understand business problems and recommend solutions based on available capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to improve people, processes, and technology.
- Document solutions at appropriate levels.
- Provide training to other partners.
As an entry‑level position, we expect the Systems Analyst Associate to have minimal experience with large‑scale technology implementations. The right candidate will bring examples of using data to solve problems, investigate issues, and see issues through completion, resulting in positive impact and an understanding of how to define business value.
