- Define and drive the omnichannel Mar Tech roadmap aligned to commercial, medical, and patient strategies
- Lead design and delivery across Veeva, Salesforce, and broader Mar Tech platforms
- Assess and evolve client ecosystems, leading platform migrations and integration improvements
- Establish the operating model, governance, and workflows across teams and partners
- Ensure solutions are built for regulated environments, incorporating consent, privacy, and MLR/PRC requirements
- Contribute to scoping, solutioning, and engagement models
- Build and align cross-functional teams and act as a senior advisor to leadership
- 12 to 15+ years of experience across Mar Tech, digital, omnichannel, or commercial technology, with strong pharma exposure
- Hands‑on experience delivering omnichannel solutions across platforms such as Veeva, Salesforce, Adobe
- Strong understanding of journey orchestration, data integration, APIs, platform architecture, and real‑time or near‑real‑time decisioning
- Experience operating in regulated environments with clear knowledge of privacy, consent, compliance, and review workflows
- Familiarity with commercial operations, field enablement, and the intersection of personal and non-personal promotion
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation efforts, including ecosystem audits, phased roadmaps, platform migrations, and vendor transitions
- Strong client‑facing presence, with the ability to translate technical capability into business value
