- Contribute to and help evolve the onsite advertising product roadmap, including display and sponsored formats (Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands), with a focus on performance and scalability
- Support the development and optimization of onsite inventory strategy, including placement design, ad formats, and monetization approaches across key surfaces
- Act as a supporting subject matter resource for onsite ad serving and platform capabilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve platform performance and scalability
- Assist in advancing auction dynamics, ranking logic, and ad relevance
- Deploy interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Looker, and Power BI to track performance metrics and KPIs
- Leverage data and measurement insights to support product decisions
- 5+ years of product management experience within digital advertising, retail media, or Ad Tech
- Experience working cross-functionally with Ad Ops, Engineering, and Sales teams
- Experience with working knowledge of GAM, including inventory structure, key-values, targeting, and trafficking workflows
- Experience utilizing data analysis tools and languages including Excel, SQL, R and Python, and data visualization tools including Tableau, Looker and Power BI
