Senior Associate, Forensic Data & Analytics – Risk Advisory

Responsibilities

• Perform hands‑on data profiling, establish data flows, and identify patterns or anomalies within general ledgers and financial systems.
• Use analytics tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, Databricks, and others) to handle complex datasets and develop quantifiable findings for investigations and regulatory matters.
• Support forensic accounting teams and outside counsel by preparing work product and technical findings.
• Articulate technical findings clearly for both technical peers and non‑technical client audiences.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to help develop new capabilities and support group growth.

• 2–3 years of relevant experience, ideally within a major consulting firm or specialized advisory environment.
• 2‑3+ years of experience using SQL and Python, preferably with additional experience in Tableau, Power BI, R, and/or cloud‑based analytics platforms (e.g., Databricks, Big Query).
• Deep technical proficiency in SQL and Python is required.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related technical field.
• A proactive mentality with the ability to handle ambiguity and high‑stakes, time‑sensitive situations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are important.
