Job DescriptionThe Insider Threat Investigations & Analytics Team is responsible for the organization's insider threat program, driving a cross‑functional strategy including detection, investigation, response and mitigation of insider risks.
The Service Manager for Insider Threat Investigations is accountable for the end‑to‑end execution, oversight, and quality of insider threat investigations, ensuring timely, legally defensible, and risk‑appropriate responses to suspected insider activity.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee complex insider threat investigations, including data loss, fraud, system misuse, and policy violations.
- Ensure investigations are conducted in accordance with Allstate policies, legal requirements, regulatory standards, and internal controls.
- Direct investigative strategies across SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure, and on‑premises systems, leveraging digital forensics, behavioral evidence, and correlated analytics.
- Maintain accountability for case lifecycle management, documentation standards, evidence handling, and defensibility.
- Partner closely with Allstate Legal counsel on privileged matters, escalation decisions, and engagement with law enforcement or external partners when warranted.
- Coordinate containment, corrective actions, and remediation activities with enterprise stakeholders.
- Provide clear investigative insights, risk assessments, and recommendations to Insider Threat leadership and executives.
- Build, mentor, and lead a team of investigators, reinforcing professional judgment, confidentiality, and ethical investigation practices.
- 5+ years of experience in insider threat programs, cybersecurity investigations, or risk analytics.
- Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of data analytics, behavioral monitoring, and forensic investigation techniques.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).
- This job has supervisory duties.

CompensationCompensation offered for this role is $134, annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
