- Identify and evaluate business unit strategies and priorities, ensuring key initiatives and emerging needs are incorporated into the Quarterly IT Strategy Review and annual INB Strategy Review processes.
- Lead workflow redesign and continuous improvement to increase efficiency, strengthen controls and improve employee and customer experience.
- Establish shared accountability with business owners for decisions, testing, training, adoption and benefits realization.
- Lead planning and execution for major enterprise banking-platform modernization and transformation initiatives.
- Develop integrated plans spanning data, applications, integrations, configuration, reporting, controls, testing, training, communications and change management.
- Coordinate internal teams and strategic partners to establish implementation plans, readiness criteria, contingency procedures and post-implementation support.
- Establish workstream ownership, milestones, decision rights, escalation thresholds and executive reporting.
- Partner with the PMO and Finance to manage budgets, resources, schedules, dependencies, risks and expected benefits.
- Develop and maintain the enterprise AI and automation roadmap in alignment with strategic priorities and operating needs.
- Guide Business Systems Analysts in identifying, evaluating and prioritizing AI and automation opportunities within their platform portfolios.
- Partner with the Bank's control functions as needed to support responsible use of AI and automation initiatives.
- Provide input on business cases for significant AI or automation investments and monitor adoption and benefits realization across portfolios.
- Own the day-to-day management of assigned strategic vendor relationships, including service delivery, SLA performance, roadmap alignment, escalations and critical-issue resolution.
- Lead vendor onboarding, performance reviews, renewals and support negotiations.
- Ensure disciplined testing, release, change, incident, production-support, business-continuity and disaster-recovery practices.
