Product Development Manager

Lead the strategy, development, delivery, and lifecycle management of eSIM digital platforms including mobile applications, web applications, B2B solutions, enterprise integrations, and backend platforms. Drive product innovation, ensure platform stability, manage technology vendors and cross-functional teams, and translate business objectives into scalable digital products that improve customer experience and generate new business opportunities.

Key responsibilites:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle of eSIM mobile applications, web applications, admin portal, and B2B platforms.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization aligned with business objectives.
• Manage Agile delivery by leading sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT, release management, and production deployments.
• Coordinate with software development vendors, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and contractual compliance.
• Design and evaluate scalable product architectures including multi-tenant, white-label, API-first, and enterprise deployment models.
• Lead integration of third-party systems including eSIM providers, payment gateways, analytics platforms, CRM, and enterprise APIs.
• Monitor platform performance, availability, customer experience metrics, and operational KPIs to ensure service excellence.
• Collaborate with commercial, finance, marketing, customer support, legal, and technology teams to launch new digital products and services.
• Evaluate emerging technologies including AI, automation, digital identity, and telecom innovations for business adoption.
• Prepare business cases, technical proposals, product documentation, RFPs, and executive presentations for management approvals.
• Define product governance including security, compliance, release management, change management, and operational processes.
• Analyze customer feedback, usage analytics, and market trends to continuously improve digital products and customer experience.

Job Specifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 8-10 years of experience in Product Development, Product Management, or Digital Platforms.
• Proven experience managing mobile applications, web platforms, APIs, and digital products.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, technology vendors, and third-party integrations.
• Agile/Product Management certification (CSM, CSPO, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
