• Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
• Manage project planning, execution, and delivery
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Handle scope, schedule, risks, and issue management
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality outcomes
• Strong communication and client-facing skills required
