Mid-level Data Scientist, Palantir Foundry

• Enhance, develop, and maintain a sustainable data strategy, management, and analytics program for the United States Transportation Command’s Human Capital Strategy & Analytics Branch
• Transform data into actionable information for strategic human capital management
• Enhance labor market analysis for civilian recruitment
• Improve professional development and skill alignment
• Develop initiatives focused on retaining top talent
• Deliver data-driven decisional products supporting active-duty, Guard and Reserve military members, and civilian employees
• Design and implement business intelligence dashboards powered by predictive analysis, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and other data science methods
• Develop and maintain an analysis-ready human capital data foundation
• Analyze data to identify trends and relationships
• Map and analyze data across secure and non-classified defense networks
• Continuously improve existing tools for speed, effectiveness, accuracy, and efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or a Masters and 3 years, or PhD
• Experience with Palantir Foundry
• Experience creating dashboards and business intelligence, and/or data science tools
• Demonstrated collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills
• U.S. citizenship required
• Active DoD Secret security clearance
