- Lead delivery of technical solutions by partnering with business and IT teams
- Analyze and document business processes, underlying systems and applications
- Identify process and system improvements and develop best practices
- Translate business needs and requirements into solution specifications, process flows, mock-ups and wireframes
- Coordinate solution development, system testing and implementation activities
- Support successful project delivery across Uline's growing North American company
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role
- 4+ years of IT experience with exposure to application development or equivalent
- Experience using AI tools to support application development is a plus
- Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
- Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery
Demonstrates expertise in analyzing and documenting business processes, translating business needs into solution specifications, and coordinating technical solution delivery. Proficient in identifying system improvements and implementing best practices to support project success.
