Quality Assurance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, system, integration, regression and user acceptance testing (UAT) for web, desktop and backend applications
• Create and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts using Microsoft Azure Dev Ops (TFS)
• Support testing across eCommerce and mobile platforms for Uline’s U.S., Canada and Mexico websites
• Partner with developers, business teams and vendors to identify, troubleshoot and resolve software issues in an Agile environment
• Track performance and recommend improvements to QA processes and tools that increase testing efficiency and software quality

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of software and web quality assurance testing experience
• Ability to coordinate test environments and test data for all planned testing
• Familiarity with Microsoft’s Azure Dev Ops (TFS) and automated testing tools preferred
• Experience with SQL, Postman, Kibana and DBeaver a plus
• Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
• Must work on-site
