Responsibilities
- Develop automation solutions and support technology initiatives
- Design, develop, and maintain automation using Python, SQL, Power Automate, SharePoint, and AI tools
- Identify and eliminate manual processes and optimize workflows
- Build dashboards and reports with Tableau, Power BI, and SQL
- Analyze data for trends and risks and deliver management reporting and actionable insights
- Gather requirements, support implementation and testing, and liaise between business and technology teams
- Develop test scripts, support UAT, track defects, and document testing activities
- Assist with financial processing, reconciliation, reporting, and operational risk management
- Coordinate with internal and external partners and vendors
- Resolve issues and facilitate cross-functional initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 0–2 years in business analysis, data analytics, automation, or servicing operations
- Strong SQL and Excel skills
- Experience with Tableau and Power BI
- Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Experience with Python, Power Automate, SharePoint, and workflow technology
- Multifamily mortgage servicing or financial operations experience
- Product support, testing, UAT, release management, Tableau/SharePoint administration preferred
- Experience with AI-enabled tools preferred
Demonstrates expertise in developing automation solutions using Python, SQL, and Power Automate, while effectively analyzing data to provide actionable insights. Proficient in building dashboards with Tableau and Power BI, and skilled in managing financial operations and risk management.
