Role/ResponsibilitiesThe Engagement Director for an Insurance client is the strategic and operational owner of the engagement—responsible for P&L management, delivery excellence, modernization leadership, and account growth within the Insurance value chain (Life, Health, P&C, Specialty, or Reinsurance). The role demands strong understanding of insurance products, policy administration systems, claims processes, regulatory mandates, and customer experience priorities unique to the industry.

- Deep knowledge of Insurance value chain:
Policy, Claims, Underwriting, Billing, Distribution, Actuarial processes, Risk & Compliance. - Strong P&L management and financial modeling skills.
- Experience operating in multi tower, multi geography delivery models.
- Ability to drive modernization and digital transformation in Insurance.
- Executive level communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Strong problem-solving and crisis management capabilities.
- 15–20+ years of IT/delivery experience, with at least 5 years managing a large Insurance account.
- Proven track record delivering modernization programs (PAS modernization, claims transformation, data platform build, cloud migration).
- Prior experience interfacing with Insurance regulators, auditors, and compliance bodies is preferred.
- Certifications in Insurance (LOMA, AINS, CPCU) are added advantages.
Pay Range Minimum: $185,000 per year
Pay Range Maximum: $214,000 per year

Compensationand Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance‑based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program;
401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need‑based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
