Progressive Insurance is seeking a claims adjuster trainee in Bolingbrook, IL. In this hybrid role, you’ll work in-office two days and remotely the other days, with a 12-month development period and coaching from leaders.
Training covers property damage, insurance contracts, and claims handling from start to finish. You’ll learn coverage determination, liability assessment, interviewing customers, negotiating with carriers, and coordinating with appraisers to resolve claims.
