Guardian is seeking a results-driven professional to manage renewal rate relief for the Select Market segment. You will negotiate with underwriters, develop plan options, and proactively identify Add Issue opportunities with Sales Consultants.
You will service Producers/Assistants/Customers, interpret Experience Reports, and deliver communications and quotes clearly. Proficiency with Guardian systems and Microsoft Office is required.
