LHH Legal is partnering exclusively with the Commercial Real Estate Practice Group Leader of a middle-market, full-service firm in Chicago on a search for a Commercial Real Estate Associate
.
We have assisted five attorneys join this firm in the past year.

Anticipated base salary range is $175,000–$200,000, depending on experience
, plus an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and firm performance. - Benefits

With an average billable hour requirement of approximately 1,600 hours

- 4+ years of experience in commercial real estate law, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development
- Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, loan documents, leases, and construction contracts
- Admission to the Illinois Bar
