• Draft, negotiate, and manage purchase and sale agreements, joint venture documents, and financing instruments.
• Conduct thorough due diligence and coordinate all aspects of deal closings.
• Partner with colleagues across practices to deliver integrated client service.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on commercial and legal risks.
• Maintain a proactive, solution‑oriented approach to every transaction.

• 3 to 5 years of real‑estate transactional experience at a top‑tier or well‑regarded firm.
• Strong academic background and J.D. from a nationally recognized law school.
• Admission to the Illinois Bar or eligibility to waive in.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong business judgment, analytical ability, and attention to detail.

• Competitive salary range: $260,000 to $365,000, commensurate with experience.
