An internationally recognized AmLaw firm is seeking a Corporate Finance Paralegal to join its highly sophisticated Finance practice in Dallas
. This is an opportunity to work alongside leading attorneys on complex lending transactions, private equity financings, secured credit facilities, and other high-profile corporate matters for some of the world's most prominent companies and financial institutions.

If you enjoy managing fast-moving transactions from inception through closing, this role puts you at the center of the action.

• Manage complex finance transactions from kickoff through post-closing
• Draft transactional documents, including resolutions, secretary's certificates, joinders, allonges, opinions, and related closing documents
• Conduct UCC, lien, bankruptcy, litigation, and judgment searches
• Prepare and file UCC financing statements, amendments, continuations, and terminations
• Coordinate due diligence, signature packets, closing logistics, and execution with multiple parties
• Organize and manage electronic closing binders and post-closing deliverables
• Work directly with attorneys, lenders, borrowers, opposing counsel, and corporate service providers throughout every phase of the transaction
• Track post-closing obligations and maintain transaction databases

• 3+ years of Corporate Finance, Banking, Commercial Lending, or Corporate transactional paralegal experience
• Experience supporting sophisticated lending or finance transactions within a law firm
• Strong knowledge of UCC filings, secured transactions, due diligence, and closing mechanics
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active deals simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with attorneys and clients
• A Bachelor's degree or ABA Paralegal Certificate is preferred
