• Assign freight loads and monitor shipments
• Track and update operational documentation
• Communicate shipment updates, exceptions, or delays
• Maintain dispatch logs and operational records
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with Oregon-based management to ensure operational alignment
• Escalate scheduling conflicts or operational issues as needed

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Computer proficiency including dispatch/tracking systems
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
• Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures
• Time management and multitasking skills
• Experience optional; full training provided
