Responsibilities
- contribute to supply chain excellence and customer success
- developing and managing credible demand signals
- work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to create accurate 18-24 month rolling forecasts
- manage the monthly Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process
- facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align commercial strategies with operational capabilities
- analyze historical data, market trends, and customer insights to optimize inventory levels
- build effective partnerships to enhance forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvement
- support new product introductions and manage product lifecycle transitions
- provide critical insights for strategic business decisions
- implement process improvements and support team members
- Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience
- at least 5 years in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain
- APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) preferred
- strong proficiency in statistical forecasting methodologies and SIOP/IBP processes
- experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- experience with demand planning software (Demantra, Kinaxis, or similar tools)
- proven track record of improving forecast accuracy and reducing bias
- strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry preferred
- knowledge of Power BI and preferred
- strong business acumen and understanding of manufacturing processes
- demonstrated leadership abilities and mentoring skills
- Bachelor's Degree
