Senior Manager, SAP Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Leading SAP supply chain and operations consulting projects to optimize client processes and improve operational efficiency
• Analyzing client needs and implementing SAP software solutions for seamless integration and utilization
• Providing training and support to clients for effective use of SAP supply chain management applications
• Developing strategies for procurement system implementation and cost management to enhance client operations
• Utilizing data-driven insights and analytical thinking to drive supply chain transformation and performance improvements
• Coordinating supply chain processes and managing inventory to reduce lead times and improve service delivery
• Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client operations
• Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to clients and stakeholders
• Directing teams through complex situations, demonstrating composure and strategic questioning to resolve challenges
• Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 6 years of experience
• Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study:
  Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering, Operations/Supply Chain, Science
• Demonstrating advanced skills in SAP Supply Chain Management
• Utilizing data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
• Leading complex supply chain transformation projects
• Excelling in project resource management and budgeting
• Innovating processes for operational excellence
• Building and sustaining diverse, inclusive high-performing teams
