Bob's Discount Furniture is seeking a Returns Coordinator to support real-time delivery release with multi-system checks and balances. You will coordinate between Delivery Managers, Depots, Customer Care, Returns, Inventory Control and WMS Operations to correct systemic and inventory issues and ensure billing accuracy.
Essential duties include real-time SAP adjustments, auditing results, and resolving inventory discrepancies while maintaining service levels and customer satisfaction.
