Building Custodian

Job Summary

• Monday through Thursday: 10:00 pm to 6:00 am
• Friday: 4:00 pm to 12:00 am
• Must be able to work first or second shift in case those are the only shifts available after a shift bid.

Full Time: 40 hours per week, 12 months worked per year, salary $34,195 per year with benefits.

No

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• One-year experience in building custodial work.

• Push, pull or carry large or bulky objects/equipment.
• Lift up to 100 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Walk up to 3 miles.
• Conduct regular overhead work.
• Grip, hold and operate vibration producing power equipment.
• Dexterity to bend, stoop and lift on a regular basis.
• Frequent climbing (ex. ladders, stairs).

13 paid holidays a year, 2 personal days, 15 sick days, starting with 10 vacation days per year. Uniforms, shoes, and equipment provided by the college. LLCC is a positive, team-oriented environment supportive of staff development.
