Senior Associate Project Manager

Our team works with government agencies, engineering firms, and local organizations to ensure diverse voices are heard and incorporated into project decision‑making.

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of public involvement and strategic communication projects.
• Support project managers and lead projects to ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
• Conduct research and analysis to support project planning and decision‑making.
• Develop project materials, including reports, presentations, and outreach content.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Organize and lead public meetings, stakeholder engagement events, and community outreach efforts.
• Track project progress, identify potential challenges, and propose solutions to maintain project momentum.
• Maintain project documentation, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
• Collaborate with government agencies, engineering teams, and community organizations.
• Assist with business development activities as needed.

Some travel will be required.

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, project management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in project coordination or management, preferably in public involvement, strategic communication, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and community outreach is a plus.
• Familiarity with infrastructure‑related projects is a plus.
