Restaurant General Manager

• Lead and develop teams to deliver outstanding service to guests.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including food safety standards, P&L management, and marketing initiatives.
• Hire, train, and coach staff, ensuring high performance and engagement.
• Foster a collaborative, family-oriented workplace culture.

• Proven experience as a restaurant or retail manager.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and achieve financial targets.
• Knowledge of food safety compliance and operational best practices.

• Base salary range: $55,000 – $68,000 per year.
• Monthly profit share bonus.
• Flexible schedules, same-day pay, health care benefits, 401(k) plan, paid sick leave, PTO (40 days capped per year after six months).
