Farm Credit Illinois is looking for a Regional Manager, Crop Insurance to lead its crop insurance teams in Illinois. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in agribusiness, credit analysis, or sales. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, foster teamwork, and ensure exceptional member service. The compensation package includes a base salary between $130,000 and $185,000, plus performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits including a 401(k) plan.
