The Opportunity – The role of the Showroom Manager is to maintain and operate an excellent showroom environment by ensuring all products and fixtures are properly displayed and maintained, that operational hours are fulfilled, and that best-in-class immersion programs are planned and executed. This is to deliver a positive and memorable experience with the SKS brand and products. The Showroom Manager will play a key role in managing a robust guest and program calendar to meet guest KPI targets by coordinating all marketing and guest relations events at The Mart, proper showroom staffing, and culinary resources to optimize showroom performance.
As part of the Marketing team, SKS Showroom Managers are expected to represent the luxury brand of LG and manage guest relations at the highest standards.
- Reports to the Sr. Marketing Director for SKS and Builder
- Responsible for the overall guest experience for all trainings and events at the showroom to meet the Signature Kitchen Suite (SKS) standards of luxury, respect, and excellence, and to identify the type of program to assign and recommend
- Responsible for daily lead captures and requested demos/appointments with showroom digital tools
- Provide regularly scheduled management reports on showroom scheduled/ad-hoc/private appointments/trainings and daily foot traffic
- Maintain a positive and productive team environment to encourage team support
- Responsible for the scheduling and team execution of all activities within the showroom
- Ensure products, fixtures, hardware/software tools and workforce policies are up to date
- Must be prepared to be the SKS Brand Ambassador at The Mart and become an appliance and home living solutions subject matter expert (on SKS) to be an integral part of all training activities onsite
- Must be proficient in MS Office (e.g., Excel and PPT) and familiar with CRM nomenclature
- Other duties as needed
- Minimum 5 years of experience with a luxury brand, in or related to the appliance industry and/or luxury showroom or luxury retail store experience
- SKS Showroom Hours for Managers: 8:30-5:30 (min) Monday–Friday and Saturday
Recruiting Range: $100,000—$135,000 USD
