About the Role
The Project Manager will lead large‑scale projects for enterprise clients in Alight Leave Solutions. They will design, build, and execute strategic initiatives that deliver value. The role requires PMP certification, big‑picture thinking and attention to detail, and collaboration across all areas of Alight.
Responsibilities- Design, build, and oversee the execution of complex cross‑functional strategic client initiatives.
- Champion best‑of‑breed technology tools such as Smartsheet and SFDC.
- Drive innovation, optimize business processes and workflows, and deliver exceptional business value.
- Manage project execution, identify and resolve risks, and adapt as needed.
- Anticipate change and position recommendations accordingly.
- Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders on project progress and provide solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement in program management across the client project portfolio.
- Manage multiple large‑scale, complex client projects independently, including risk mitigation strategies.
- Communicate complex ideas, anticipate objections, and persuade senior leaders to adopt alternative viewpoints.
- Act as a change agent, seeking and pursuing new improvement ideas.
- Bachelor’s degree or 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven expertise in leading cross‑functional programs and projects supporting strategic client initiatives.
- Deep expertise in project management.
- Strong skills in leading meetings, setting goals, prioritizing tasks, defining roles, resolving conflicts, and driving progress.
- Experience driving results with downstream impact.
- Strong communication, influential, presentation, and listening skills.
- Dynamic analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience in innovative client engagement strategies focused on satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- Exceptional professional communication, business and financial acumen, and executive presence.
- Industry experience in HR services, outsourcing, business management, or disability/absence/healthcare.
