Senior Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Program/Delivery Manager to lead the delivery organization for one of our most strategic and high-revenue customer accounts. This is a pivotal leadership role that requires exceptional delivery expertise, customer relationship management skills, and the ability to orchestrate complex, multi-disciplinary service delivery across multiple business units. The successful candidate will serve as the primary operational leader for the customer, working closely with the Account Manager to identify opportunities and drive successful outcomes.

• Lead and oversee the delivery of large-scale, complex programs for the customer, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Manage a team of on-site personnel, providing strategic direction and ensuring performance excellence
• Serve as the principal point of contact for the customer, translating business requirements into actionable delivery plans
• Partner with the Account Manager to identify account mining opportunities and expand the service portfolio within the customer organization
• Coordinate and manage relationships across multiple service lines (Digital, Automation, SAP, QAD, and others) to provide integrated solutions to the customer
• Maintain outstanding stakeholder management and communication, ensuring transparency and alignment across all organizational levels
• Proactively identify delivery risks and implementation challenges, developing and executing resolution strategies
• Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent delivery oversight, issue resolution, and continuous service improvement
• Lead the hand-off process from Account Manager discovery to program execution, ensuring seamless transition and comprehensive coverage

• MBA degree (or equivalent) in addition to an IT undergraduate degree
• Minimum 15+ years of IT services delivery experience, with demonstrated success in large-scale program delivery
• Proven track record of managing large program delivery engagements for major US-based customers
• Strong understanding of account mining and new opportunity identification within existing customers
• Experience managing teams of professionals in on-site/remote delivery models
• Demonstrated expertise in delivery oversight, problem identification, and issue resolution
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working across multiple service lines or business units within a complex organization
