Job Summary
Two openings for Director of Training for a luxury boutique fitness brand with two thriving Chicago‑area studios.
What You’ll OwnSales is the engine. You’ll drive revenue through lead follow‑up, consultations, membership conversions, and retention. Ramp target: 130-150 members. Ongoing sales and retention are core to this role — always. You train too — intentionally. Up to 10 hours/week leading small group sessions (max 6 clients). The rest is sales, community networking, and developing your team. You lead the studio. Hiring, coaching, scheduling, weekly team meetings, staff accountability — you are the primary leader on the floor, partnering closely with ownership and senior operations for strategic growth.
You run the operations. Payroll, member satisfaction, studio profitability, and daily operations all run through you. You solve problems that impact the business and the client experience.
- Base salary of $65K plus performance bonuses – OTE $100K+.

- 2-3 years of fitness sales and management experience.
- Nationally recognized PT cert (NASM, ACE, CSCS, etc.) or degree in Kinesiology/Ex.Science.
- Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop a training team.
- Strong consultation and closing skills.
- Experience in a stand‑alone, high‑end fitness environment.
- Tech comfort:
Mindbody, Trainerize, or Go High Level a plus.
