Commercialization Project Manager

This role sits within Kraft Heinz’s Operations organization and is responsible for leading end-to-end commercialization of new products and product changes across the North America portfolio. The Project Manager will drive execution across innovation initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business goals. This individual will partner cross-functionally to manage timelines, risks, and stage-gate milestones while driving alignment across stakeholders.

• 3+ years of commercialization or product development project management experience
• Strong background in CPG, food, or beverage industry (required)
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain
• Proven ability to manage timelines, risks, and project delivery

• Experience managing innovation portfolios
• Exposure to stage-gate processes or structured product lifecycle frameworks

• Lead end-to-end commercialization projects from concept through launch
• Manage timelines, risks, and stage-gate milestones
• Partner with cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Ops, Finance, etc.)
• Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies
• Support continuous improvement of commercialization processes
