This is not a traditional operational management role with direct reports or day-to-day line responsibility. Instead, you will leverage your experience to:
- Support leadership and operational effectiveness across established programs
- Contribute to strategic planning, execution discipline, and performance alignment
- Build and manage high-value stakeholder and client relationships
- Participate in business development and growth initiatives
- Help drive commercial conversations and opportunity development
- Guide teams and individuals toward clarity, accountability, and results
- Apply and model high-performance, sustainable productivity practices
You will operate independently while contributing through leadership, influence, and commercial engagement.
What You BringWe’re looking for experienced leaders who are confident operating autonomously and bring both strategic and commercial capability:
- 8+ years in operations, general management, or senior leadership roles
- Experience with multi-site, national, or cross-functional responsibility
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Background in client-facing environments and relationship management
- Solid commercial acumen
, with exposure to business growth or revenue initiatives - Highly self-directed and disciplined
, comfortable without traditional structures - Strong communication skills
