ERP Manager of Production Support

Essential Functions

Subject to management approval, serves as the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Manager of Production Support for the Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT), implementing audit and internal policies as well as wholly managing, administering, and enforcing the Change Control and Change Release processes, including maintenance of tracking tools and monitoring change requests through the processes and to release.

Analyzes data of incidents reported, evaluates trends, and ensures production support staff are adhering to the functional design objectives and that all incident management practices are consistently applied and follow prescribed audit and procedure guidelines.

Serves as the primary point of contact for Production Support of the ERP Program and serves on the ERP Program Executive Team.

Supervises contractual staff.

Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of duties enumerated above.

Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of four (4) years of college with coursework in business or public administration.

Requires four (4) years of progressively responsible administrative experience in change management or a closely related field.

Requires three (3) years of professional experience supervising or leading a team of professionals in a large and complex organization.
