MT Operations Manager

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation, and customer service for enterprise clients.
• Build relationships with clients through constant contact and advocacy by offering advice, solutions, and proactive issue management.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives with clients.
• Monitor, improve, and report on key performance indicators, including financial performance of accounts and team productivity.
• Conduct market research to proactively communicate industry trends that will impact a client’s business.
• Identify and develop talent through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Provide operational excellence by training, developing, and managing your team on a daily basis.
• Coach team members to grow and succeed in their roles.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in the logistics industry.
• Experience leading a team of logistics specialists.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to become a trusted advisor of the client.
• Proven track record of continuous process improvement for clients.
