Viridian Staffing's client is looking for a Maintenance Manager to join a cannabis company in Illinois. This is a permanent position. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for supporting the ongoing maintenance and general condition of company facilities. You will establish daily priorities, assign responsibilities, coordinate preventative and corrective work, and ensure maintenance needs are addressed safely and efficiently.
You will also work with internal stakeholders and outside service providers to support facility operations, maintain appropriate documentation, and help ensure company standards and procedures are consistently followed. You should have experience managing maintenance employees and coordinating work within a commercial, industrial, institutional, or similarly complex environment. You are a hands‑on, organized leader who can evaluate competing priorities, delegate work based on individual capabilities, and hold employees accountable for completion.
General knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, workplace safety, and applicable regulations is required. Experience with electrical systems is especially helpful. You should also be comfortable using standard business software and maintenance‑related technology. You must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to work for a licensed cannabis operation in the State of Illinois. Salary: $60, annually
