Vice President Finance

The Richmond Group’s Industrial Growth Practice has recently been engaged by one of our top global manufacturing clients to identify a Vice President of Finance, North America to help them with an aggressive global growth strategy. This role will work within a high growth division and will report into the President, Americas and lead a team of people managers and individual contributor business partners geographically dispersed across their North American sites.

We are looking for a transformational leader – ready to drive both financial and operational excellence. We need a strong coach, and someone that is hands‑on and not afraid to jump in with the team to solve problems.

This role will be a strategic advisor to the President on key initiatives to grow and expand the business and footprint (both organic and inorganic growth plans), with a ton of upward mobility long-term both within this particular division and the larger organization as whole as they scale (many divisions, diverse sectors).

• Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred), in Finance, Accounting, Etc.
• 10+ years working with Global Organization – Operational & Corporate Finance Exposure
• Experience Leading Teams
• P&L Experience, Lean Minded Leader
