Senior Vice President of Staffing, IT & Engineering Staffing
10+ years of staffing industry leadership experience required. Remote/hybrid with approximately 40% travel. Our client is the IT and engineering staffing division of a privately held global technology company with more than 900 employees worldwide. The staffing business operates with the resources of a large enterprise while maintaining an entrepreneurial culture focused on execution and accountability.
We’re hiring a Senior Vice President of Staffing to lead the next chapter of growth for a $50M+ staffing organization. This executive will partner closely with senior leadership to accelerate market expansion, improve profitability, develop leaders, and shape the future direction of the business.
- Lead all sales, recruiting, delivery, and operational performance across a multi-market staffing organization.
- Drive profitable revenue growth while expanding existing client relationships and developing new markets.
- Build, mentor, and develop regional leadership teams through coaching, accountability, and performance management.
- Improve productivity using operational metrics, dashboards, and KPI-driven decision making.
- Develop strategic growth plans for under‑leveraged markets including Dallas, Chicago, and Kansas City.
- Partner with executive leadership on acquisitions, expansion opportunities, and long‑term business strategy.
- Foster collaboration across sales, recruiting, operations, finance, HR, marketing, and technology teams.
- 10+ years of progressive staffing industry leadership experience.
- Proven success leading both sales and recruiting/delivery organizations.
- Experience managing multi-location staffing operations with full P&L responsibility.
- Demonstrated history of growing revenue while improving profitability.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop leaders.
- Highly analytical and comfortable leading through KPIs, dashboards, and operational metrics.
- Experience building new markets and driving organic growth.
- Background in IT staffing, technology consulting, engineering staffing, or professional staffing strongly preferred.

- Total compensation opportunity of $300,000–$400,000+ including base salary, short-term incentive, and long-term incentive.
