- Build, Lead and inspire a newly created Product Management team that supports Brenntag’s Values and Culture and the Brenntag Way execution for business conduct and compliance
- Contribute to the delivery of service excellence to both internal and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain a positive work environment by actively driving employee initiatives aimed at enhancing engagement and satisfaction
- Develop overall strategy for the division in coordination with the IMM Team
- Supervise the PM in the selection, management and development of vendors and categories
- Manage his team in the execution of regional vendor’s overall pipeline
- Follow up and implement as required
- Ensure safety is the priority and that all activities are conducted in accordance with quality, health, safety and environmental management systems as well as corporate and local policies
- University degree in relevant field
- Previous work experience (10 years) in Functional Food distribution or Specialty ingredients manufacturer
- Strong product, market and vendors knowledge of Specialties and Functional Ingredients
