Principal Associate, Process Manager, Audit Chief of Staff

Responsibilities

• Manage Non-Associate Labor needs for the Audit department
• Own all Risk Management processes and activities for Audit
• Drive annual Resolution Plan process
• Manage Audit’s Business Continuity Plan
• Serve as primary point of contact for LIRT & Crisis Management Program
• Manage CIP process
• Manage Quarterly Lockout process
• Serve as primary contact for Phishing program
• Execute quarterly controls for department
• Be a strategic partner to the Chief of Staff Reporting Director.

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience
• At least 3 years of process management experience
• At least 3 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients
• At least 3 years of experience writing, editing, and sending communication
• 1+ year experience with Business Intelligence reporting tools (preferred)
• 4+ year experience in Communication (preferred)
• 4+ year of Risk Management experience (preferred)
• 4+ year of Project or Process Management experience (preferred)
• High proficiency in Google Sheets
• Familiarity with Google Forms, People Data Hub, and Tableau.
