Genesys is seeking a seasoned Manager to lead Receivables Management Reporting & Analytics. You will design and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports, dashboards, and performance analytics across collections, cash applications, and credit.
You’ll partner with Receivables and Finance leadership to improve KPI visibility and data integrity. You’ll drive automated reporting, standardize KPI definitions, and deliver actionable insights to executives.
