Principal Associate, Project Manager

• Lead critical and strategic business projects with direct impact on the company's bottom line
• Drive projects according to defined priorities while managing scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
• Identify, mitigate, and escalation project risks and issues
• Plan, design, manage, and execute project plans through feasibility, design, planning, and implementation
• Apply problem-solving skills to ensure project plans deliver intended outcomes
• Maintain key project documentation
• Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and ensure delivery commitments
• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline business processes
• Establish structure for managing project work
• Communicate with, manage, inform, and influence stakeholders across all levels
• Adapt to changing demands and demonstrate organizational agility
• Collaborate with stakeholders and project partners to drive project delivery

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
• At least 5 years of Project Management experience
• Master’s Degree preferred
• At least 7 years of Project Management experience preferred
• PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification preferred
• Strong project management track record
• Ability to structure and manage project work
• Outstanding communication and partnership skills
• Ability to interact with, communicate with, manage, inform, and influence stakeholders across all levels
• Organizational agility to adapt to changing demands
