- Lead a team of process managers in delivering flawlessly executed processes
- Create and modify processes to improve business efficiency and drive results
- Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to influence business outcomes
- Monitor data trends and establish benchmarks or thresholds to ensure data integrity
- Educate stakeholders and gain buy-in for appropriate process utilization
- Create and validate processes
- Design and produce efficiency and effectiveness metrics
- Drive process improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes
- Analyze, identify, and correct data issues in departmental systems
- Provide process subject matter expertise in projects and meetings
- Manage and lead a high-performing team of associates
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 2 years of experience in Process management
- At least 2 years of experience in Project management
- At least 2 years of experience in People management
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic agile environment
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence partners across the company and multiple organizational levels
