Bureau Chief - Senior Public Service Administrator

The Illinois State Police (ISP) Division of Statewide 9-1-1 is seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused Senior Public Service Administrator, Bureau Chief for Vehicle Services Bureau to join our team. This position oversees the development and implementation of policies and procedures for all aspects of ISP Fleet Operations, Law Enforcement Mobile Recording Equipment (LEMRE), and vehicle lighting resources. Formulates short- and long-range plans, sets program goals aligned with the Department's mission and Strategic Plan, and serves as full line supervisor.

Directs personnel and fiscal operations to ensure communications and equipment requests support long-term objectives and meet officer and public safety needs. Collaborates with administrators, departmental managers, and external partners to fulfill fleet procurement and law enforcement equipment requirements and resolve operational issues. Evaluates and monitors work requests and ongoing projects to ensure efficiency and alignment with program priorities. ISP encourages all those who qualify to apply!
