• Primarily responsible for REVIT Modeling Design Supporting Electrical and Technology Designers. The candidate must have a thorough knowledge and Skills in Revit Modeling, Family and Work-Sheets setup, and general working knowledge of construction documents.

• VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) and BIM (Building Information Modeling) for technology systems construction projects. Heavy focus on Data Centers and Cold Storage/Smart Processing warehouse facilities.
• Assist technology Designers in producing construction drawings and details in Autodesk REVIT.
• Revit Modeling for production of Construction Plans, Details, Smart Details, Automated scheduling of Cable Lengths and port counts and Schematics.
• Support the standards development team in developing new Revit tools and building parametric Revit families of various levels of development (LOD-200, 300, 400).
• Manage project publishing and issuance of design documents.
• Review, develop and implement BIM Execution Plans.
• Participation in clash detection meetings and utilizing Navisworks for inter-trade coordination and with outside design team members.
• Revit Smart Tool Development:
  Participate in-house BIM/Revit efficiency team, Python experience is a plus.

• 5+ years of experience in Autodesk Revit and related software tools.
• REVIT and BIM Software Skills - Mandatory
• Preferred Certifications (Not required): RCDD, OSP, PMP, PSP, RTPM, CTS.
