ScheduleSunday – Thursday, starting at 1:30 pm. Requires ability to work scheduled/assigned times and any necessary overtime.
Work Environment- The cooler and freezer areas range from 36 °F (2 °C) to –10 °F (–23 °C). Freezer jackets are provided.
- Employees must work in the cooler/freezer environment for the entire shift.
- Work includes standing, walking, reaching, and lifting repeatedly, lifting or pulling items weighing between 10–35 pounds and up to 60–90 pounds from various heights.
Accurately and efficiently pick products and prepare orders for shipment, observing all safety and quality regulations while maintaining an efficient flow through the production process. Operates independently and communicates with other departments to move work through the system in an organized fashion. Acts as a team member and performs any duties assigned to best serve the company.
Position Responsibilities- Accurately pick and pack products according to established standards.
- Operate scanning equipment.
- Pack orders to customer requirements or provided specifications.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Identify mistakes, propose solutions, provide timely feedback, involve others in problem solving, and ensure responsibilities are successfully completed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent.
- Ability to work scheduled times and required overtime.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly during shifts.
- Ability to lift, stack, pull products weighing 10–35 pounds, and generally up to 60–90 pounds, and work in cooler, freezer, and dry environments.
