Manufacturing Production Technician

Shift & Pay

Night shift scheduled from 6:45 pm to 7:15 am. A standard rotating schedule of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, providing 2 long weekends per month. Full‑time work consists of 15 working days per month.

Pay: $21 per hour + $1.00 for the night shift, for a total of $22 per hour.

• Operate extrusion, injection or blow‑molding machines and equipment.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings (heat control, water cooling temperatures, hydraulic pressure).
• Complete basic machine maintenance.
• Check product quality.
• Participate in training to learn new skills.

• Ability to work a 12‑hour shift on the 3‑2‑2‑3 regular schedule cycle with every other weekend off.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a high‑volume production environment.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating manufacturing machines and equipment.
• Basic hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical knowledge.
• Strong problem‑solving and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
