Quality Technician

As a Quality Technician, you ensure customer specifications and our company’s high standards of quality are met throughout our plastic container production operations. You will conduct quality inspections of in-process product and finished plastic containers in the lab, on the production floor, and in the warehouse to evaluate product quality. You’ll use measuring instruments to measure dimensions and performance criteria’s adherence to customer specifications and regularly engage with associates about product conformance.

You will grow your knowledge and skills through a wide variety of training and on-the-job experiences.

• Night shift: 6:45 pm – 7:15 am on a cycle of 3 days on, two days off, two days on, three days off, repeat. This equates to two weekends per month off.
• Hourly rate: $18.00 plus a $1.00 shift differential.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least one year of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of quality control methods and approaches.
• Superior attention to detail.
• Ability to walk and stand on the production floor throughout the shift with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Ability and willingness to work the night shift schedule.
