L&W Tool and Screw is looking for an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to bring their precision, problem-solving skills, and dedication to quality to our fast‑paced shop. If you’re ready to take the next step in your machining career, we want to hear from you!

Pay Range: $22–$40/hour (Based on experience)

Hours:

6:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Mon–Fri)

Weekly

Hours:

52.5 hrs/week with 12.5 hrs of overtime pay when worked the complete 52.5 hrs

• Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce high‑quality parts
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Perform in‑process inspections to ensure tight tolerances and quality standards are met
• Maintain machines through routine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Work collaboratively with the team to improve workflow and reduce downtime

• Proven experience properly setting up CNC lathes
• Familiarity with G‑Code
• Proficiency using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools
• Mechanical aptitude for machine maintenance and troubleshooting
