Precast Operator

Description The primary responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to manufacturing quality product, creating batches, loading, packing and unloading production in a safe manner and other general duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications The ideal candidate would be self‑motivated, hard‑working, dependable, with a "get the job done" attitude, team player and enjoys working with their hands. Ability to perform manual labor, standing, squatting and walking, lift up to 50 lbs. and with a certain amount of manual dexterity (the ability to pick up, handle, and manipulate parts and materials quickly and accurately).

Have experience in operating air tools. At least 2 years of working in manufacturing and/or construction preferred. Good math skills. Basic metrology knowledge.

• Work in confined space environment and at floor level.
• Knowledge in operating overhead cranes, a plus.
• Shipping out finished product as needed & ensuring the accuracy and quality standard is met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Experience using grinder, scraper and other industrial tools.
