Schedule:

Sunday-Wednesday, 7:55 PM-6:00 AM

Overtime:
Thursday-Saturday, 9:55 PM-6:00 AM as needed

Custom Staffing is hiring dependable employees for a 3rd Shift Heavy Assembly position in Sidney, Ohio. This role involves repetitive assembly work, frequent lifting, and the use of hand tools.

• Perform repetitive assembly tasks according to production requirements.
• Use a variety of hand tools safely and effectively.
• Frequently lift and handle materials weighing approximately 3-30 lbs.
• Handle materials that may be awkward in size, shape, or length.
• Follow established safety and production procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy.

• Frequently lift materials weighing 3-30 lbs.
• Ability to handle awkward sizes and lengths.
• Perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Regularly use hand tools.
• Ability to remain on your feet and perform physical production work for extended periods.

This area has been frequently working 6-7 day workweeks, so candidates must be prepared and willing to work extended schedules and overtime when required.
